Renewing Subscriptions
Home Subscribers |
Current Subscribers Go to the Parents’ Place (PP) and click on the Account Settings tab on the upper right. Click on the Renew Subscription link. This will bring up a pre-populated renewal form. Complete the form with your credit card information. Whatever length subscription you choose will be tacked on to your current subscription. Your current login information will carry over to your renewal. Expired Subscribers If you wish to have the same login as your expired account, login with your username and password. If the account is expired, a message will come up asking you if you wish to re-subscribe. Click on OK and a pre-populated renewal form will appear. Complete the form with your credit card information. Your expired login information will carry over to your renewal. |
Gift Subscriptions |
Fill out the Gift Subscription Form at www.onemorestory.com. If the email address of the parent matches with a current subscription, the new subscription period will begin at the end of the current subscription. The same login will carry over to the new subscription period.
If the email matches an expired user, you will be given a prompt to follow to reactivate this subscription on whatever date you choose. The same login will carry over to the new subscription period. |
School Subscriptions |
For SA’s of current subscribing schools Once on the site, log on to the Teachers’ Place. Click on the Admin Settings tab on the upper right. Scroll down to the Renew Subscription link. This will open a renewal form. Fill out form and click on Submit. For teachers and SA’s of expired schools Log on to www.onemorestory.com with your school’s username and password. You will get message that your school’s subscription has expired. Click on OK and fill out the renewal form and Submit. |
Library Subscriptions |
For current library subscribers: Email us at libraries. For expired library subscribers Log on to www.onemorestory.com with your library’s username and password. You will get message that your library’s subscription has expired. Click on OK and fill out the renewal form and Submit. |
